Shadnagar ACP Lakshminarayana and CI Vijay Kumar led the inspection of arrangements and security measures at the Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple in Rameshwaram village of Raikal ahead of the Maha Shivaratri Brahmotsavams. Temple Executive Officer Shivakumar accompanied the officers during the review.

With nearly one lakh devotees expected to throng the temple on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the officials examined crowd management plans, transport facilities, and safety arrangements. ACP Lakshminarayana stated that special RTC buses have been arranged from the Shadnagar bus depot for the convenience of devotees. He also confirmed that tight police security has been deployed to ensure smooth and peaceful darshan.

CI Vijay Kumar coordinated the ground-level security arrangements to maintain law and order during the festival.

Temple EO Shivakumar informed that all necessary facilities, including drinking water and first-aid centers, have been arranged within the temple premises. He appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers and seek the blessings of Lord Shiva.

The inspection was attended by former Sarpanch Sampath Kumar, Ashanna Goud, Raikal Sarpanch Jyothi Srinivas, former Deputy Sarpanch Ratan Nayak, temple staff, and other local representatives.
