Congress Leaders Commemorate Nehru Jayanti at MP Raghuram Reddy’s Office

On the birth anniversary of India's first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Congress leaders in Khammam emphasized the importance of moving forward with Nehru’s vision. The grand Nehru Jayanti celebrations were held at the camp office of Khammam MP Rama Sahal Raghuram Reddy on Thursday.
State Warehousing Corporation Chairman Rayala Nageswara Rao, former MLC Potla Nageswara Rao, Congress District President Puvalla Durgaprasad, and Minister Ponguleti Camp Office In-Charge Tumburu Dayakar Reddy paid tributes to Nehru’s portrait. They recalled Nehru's contributions to the nation, including the Green Revolution, irrigation projects, and his efforts to make India self-sufficient in food production. The leaders highlighted Nehru's focus on education and the policies he laid down for building a prosperous India.

Wishing everyone on Children’s Day, they stressed the need to work for the future of today's children, who are the future citizens of India. Congress leaders Deepak Chaudhary, Kotha Sitaramulu, Koppula Chandrasekhar, Dobbala Saujanya, and others also participated in the event.
