Congress means democracy, only Congress can take decisions in a democratic manner -Dr  Satyam Srirangam.

As part of the presidential election of the Indian National Congress on today, the PCC delegate who casted his  vote at Gandhi Bhavan In Hyderabad Telangana state. On this occasion, Satyam Srirangam said that  India is the world's largest democratic country, the election of a political party in a democratic manner is the greatness of the democratic system and it is possible only in the Congress Party.

He said that a good message has been given to the people.  What more proof is needed to say that democracy is something that Congress leaders have digested in their soul and heart.  

He said that Congress means democracy but only Congress can take decisions in the internal affairs of the party in a democratic manner even if it rules the country. And he says that party has given good message to the 140 crore People.
