CM inaugurates magnificent Medak District Police Office

HDERABAD: Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekhar Rao on Wednesday inaugurated a magnificent Medak District Police Office constructed at a cost of over Rs.38.50 crore. 

He first received guard of honour after reaching the newly constructed office and later inaugurated it. He made Medak Superintendent of Police P Rohini Priyadarshini to sit in the chair and congratulated her.

Anjani Kumar thanked the Chief Minister for giving priority to the police department since formation of separate Telangana to maintain law and order effectively.

The ground plus-three storeyed office have latest facilities including a reception centre to receive complaints from people, command and control centre, spacious meeting hall, IT and Cyber Cell, Clues Team and Fingerprints Bureau, Training Centre, and Special Branch Control Room.

 As many as 120 people, who are visiting the office, can sit in a separate hall constructed on the premises.

 Home Minister Sri Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Finance Minister T Harish Rao, Chief Secretary Sri A Shanti Kumari, MLAs, Smt. Padma Devender Reddy, Ch Kranti Kiran, Ch Madan Reddy, Telangana State Police Housing Corporation Chairman Koleti Damodar and other dignitaries were present.
