Differences between CM and Governors

In the recent times, one state Chief Minister or other is fighting with state Governors on one plea or other. Initially it was started with West Bengal state followed by Telangana

,Kerala and Tamilnadu. Though Mamatha Banerjee is free of any issue with Governor as he was elected as Vice President of the country  other states are  in the news about bitterness of Chief Ministers and governors. I feel the situation is alarming and unhealthy as it affects states interests. Governors and Chief Ministers should have mutual understanding irrespective of political differences and strive for the states welfare and development. As one is a constitutional post and other democratically elected one both got great responsibility within their limits and powers and none can feel egoistic as both are servants of citizens. Inview of frequent frictions between them resulting in poor public perception of their differences, President of the country should form a two member committee ,one from judiciary and another among senior retired civil servants ,to look into various issues and advice both for amicable governance without any ill feeling. Otherwise this will continue as seen  in the past too. Some one has to bell the cat for the dignity and decorum of both posts. All governors and Chief Ministers should follow the example of President and Prime Minister who are on same frequency irrespective of politics when government changes as nation first others next so tjat state first others next. If any unlawful activity anywhere let law take its own action
