Adventure Cove Project Director Mrs. Srilatha informed us that a free trekking camp is being organized at Adventure Cove on October 14th, 15th, and 16th at Adventure Cove, the largest complex of Ramunigandi forests, valleys, and caves, 11 km from Keesara Gutta near Hyderabad.

She said that there will be enormous benefits for humanity from trekking, especially since the fitness of the human body will increase and obesity will decrease. Also, breathing more and more fresh air increases lung capacity and blood circulation, and blood cholesterol is reduced. Along with increasing the life expectancy of the trekkers, trekking also offers many benefits such as discipline, mental toughness, bone strength, muscle strength, increased concentration, improved work efficiency, reduced knee, and joint pain, increased team spirit, increased bonding with everyone, making new friends, and developing a broader outlook. Mrs. Srilata stated.

Starting on the outskirts of Maisireddy Palli village of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, Ramunigandi forests are very high and massively formed with beautiful rocks, valleys, hills and groves. She said that we are organizing a free trekking camp for three days for those who are interested in trekking for the first time in these vast forests which are used for rock walk, rock climbing, rappelling, forest night, and forest stay.

On the 14th, 15th & 16th of October every day at 5 am "Sunrise" Trekking, 5 pm "Sunset" Trekking, and 9 pm "Night Trekking in Forest" are being conducted, everyone interested can participate in this trekking camp for free. In the morning sunrise trekking, you can enjoy the sunrise through the dense forest after traveling for 3 kilometers through the forests and hills, and in the evening sunset trekking, you can enjoy the sunset after going through the dense forests. And in the night trekking in the forest which starts at 9 pm, a group of 15-20 people can go into the forest with Kagadas and enjoy the night trekking.

She said that it is better for those who come for trekking to bring sports shoes as much as possible and also to wear loose clothes to be suitable for trekking.

He said that there is an RTC bus facility to Maisireddypalli and a local auto to Adventure Cove.

She also mentioned that you can participate in other garden games, net games, net climbing, rock walking, zip line, etc. in Adventure Cove completely free of cost.
