Two DCM’s that were carrying generators caught fire due to short circuit at Papyrus Port in Kothur on Sunday. The Generator DCM’s were arranged as part of the arrangements for Rahul Gandhi's visit to Kothur. 

According to the information, 125 KV and 62 KV generators caught fire due to electrical short circuit as part of the arrangements being made at Papyrus Port in Kothur. Maheshwaram fire department official Ramesh said that two DCM vehicles were also burnt. He said that the incident took place due to an electric shock due to a technical fault. He also clarified that nobody were hurt in the fire accident.
