Grand Alumni Meet–2026 Held at Guru Nanak Institutions
Guru Nanak Institutions hosted the Grand Alumni Meet–2026 under the theme “25 Years, One Family,” bringing together more than 350 alumni from different batches and academic disciplines.
Sardar Gagandeep Singh Kohli, Vice-Chairman, Guru Nanak Institutions and Chancellor, Guru Nanak University, expressed happiness over the participation of alumni and urged them to remain connected with their alma mater and contribute to the development of future generations.
Dr. H. S. Saini, Managing Director, Guru Nanak Institutions and Vice-Chancellor, Guru Nanak University, said alumni serve as ambassadors of their alma mater and encouraged them to share their professional knowledge, expertise and experiences with students.
Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy, Director, Dr. P. Parthasaradhy, Director, Planning & Student Welfare, and Dr. Rishi Sayal, Associate Director, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of maintaining a strong and lifelong relationship between the institution and its alumni.
A key attraction of the event was the Alumni Success Stories session, featuring distinguished alumni associated with organisations such as Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, TCS, Accenture, London Stock Exchange, IndusInd Bank, Techwave Consulting and HSBC Bank. The alumni shared their professional journeys and experiences with the present generation of students.
The celebrations featured cultural performances, a campus visit, batch-wise photographs and a “Memory Lane” segment, providing alumni an opportunity to revisit their memories and reconnect with classmates and faculty members.
The Grand Alumni Photograph, themed “25 Years, One Family,” was another memorable moment of the event, symbolising the enduring bond between Guru Nanak Institutions and its alumni.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. B. Kedarnath, Assistant Director. Dr. Sandeep Patil, Dean, IQAC, coordinated the programme. The event strengthened the bond between the institution and its alumni and set the stage for the forthcoming Silver Jubilee Celebrations scheduled for November 20, 2026.
