“Let’s use Hindi in large scale in our day-to-day work as well as make it part of our daily communication both in spoken and written,” says Shri Naresh Anand, Regional Executive Director (South), NTPC while inaugurating the Hindi Pakhwada (from September 14 to 30, ). Held at NTPC Southern Region Headquarters, Hyderabad on September 14 as part of Hindi Diwas celebrations, the programme was attended by NTPC officials as well as office bearers of Dakshin Deepanjali Mahila Samith led by its President Smt Renuka Anand.Later, employees participated enthusiastically in Hindi Sulekh (handwriting) competitions both in Hindi speaking and non-Hindi speaking categories. In the fortnight long celebration, many events are planned for employees and their family members, associated staff and children of nearby Govt Schools.
