Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra enters RR district

The Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra resumed from Mahabubnagar district on Sunday and reached Shadnagar in Rangareddy district on Sunday evening. Rahul Gandhi resumed his Padayatra and covered over 23 kilometres on the fifth day of the yatra in Telangana. Rahul Gandhi received a grand welcome from Congress leaders and activists at Annaram Y Junction in Shadnagar constituency. As part of Padayatra Rahul Gandhi interacted with students and later challenged them for a sprint. After running for about 50 metres, Rahul Gandhi stopped and had a little chat with the students again.
A huge number of large cutouts, banners and posters were set up across the National highway 44 to mark Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Gandhi will address a Corner Meeting at Annaram Y Junction in Shadnagar, before halting for the day. Rahul Gandhi was accompanied by TPCC President Revanth Reddy, AICC general secretary Jairam Ramesh, Former TPCC president Uttam Kumar, Senior leader Madhu Yaski, Congress senior leaders and others.
