World Congress of Asian Federation 2022 was conducted in Hotel Westin, Mindspace, Hyderabad from 16th to 18th September 2022. Prof Dr Vishal Akula from Nizamabad attended the three day Conference where leaders of psychiatric associations, prominent personalities, Psychiatrists and nearly 600 delegates from all over Asia belonging to 40 countries were a part of World Congress of Asian Federation. Dr Afzal Javed, President of World Psychiatric Association was the chief guest. In this conference Dr Vishal Akula and his team consisting of Dr George Reddy, Dr Minhaj delivered a symposium on Induction of Psychiatry leadership & Teaching Skills in Young Medicos. They emphasised on the qualities one should possess as leader, importance of communication skills in public domain and the extending noble service for the cause. Dr G. Prasad Rao, President of Asian Federation of Psychiatric Association, Dr N. N. Raju, President of Indian Psychiatric Society, Dr Arabinda Brahma, General Secretary of IPS, Dr George Reddy, President of Telangana State branch Indian Psychiatric Society, Dr Pavan, General Secretary of IPSTSB, Dr A. Rajesh, President of Hyderabad Psychiatric Society, Dr Phanikanth, General Secretary of HPS, Dr Sateesh Babu, Senior Psychiatrist attended this Symposium. On this occasion Dr Vishal Akula was felicitated with Momento and Appreciation Certificate.
