Breaking all ageold sterotypes, today women participations in India's vast arena of tech- workforce is rising exponentially and is encircling on a much faster orbit. Among several new hires, they constitute nearly a half for many companies as well. However, in the coveted bandwagon of entereprenureships, according to a recent study, women's share stands at a mere dismisal figure which is just around 15% of all.  

With the changing environment in place, oflate many women entreprenurements are now thriving even in  the spheres that they would traditionally dared to enter then.  Ashvija Vijayendra of Pink Tech Solution, Rupam Nayak of HOBC, Priti Rathi Gupta of LXME, Aarti Ramakrishnan of Cryaon data are among those of a few who are leading the fleet of successful women entrepreneurs in India these days.

To mark the occasion of Women's Entrepreneurship day, falling today, the November 19, 2022, I met one of our own, a Hyderabad born and brought-up non-traditional women entrepreneur, Devatree B, nicknamed 'Modelyogini', who is seriously happen to pursue India's ancient pride possession, the most adorable form of flagship 'The Cotemporary Yoga' as her prized career option.

Her childhood dream was once to embrace a lucrative career in the colourful canvas of fashion, love and beauty personified that got a chance to boost when as an early teen she became the finalist at the South India Miss Femina Beauty Pageant, staged at the prestigious HICC auditorium, Hyderabad. However, her upbringing under the canopy of a highly conservative family background where the required emotional supports were not forthcoming, she had to remain content with her ongoing studies and occasionally participating in assignments for shots arranged through Ad agencies.
Devatree, an Information Technology engineering degree plus a master in Business Management under her academic credentials, once having inclined in the profession of fashion modeling today turned into a successful contemporary yoga mentor of repute.

Being a person good at computers and once was devoted to Machine Learning as well as Artificial Intelligence programming, is profoundly happy these day with her acquired new love for yoga mentoring. In her own words in a heart to heart conversations with this author, Devatree narrated her resolve saying, “I am fully satisfied with my new found love with the yoga. Keeping aside those days of trauma of human sufferings during the pandemic years, I am now able to reinstill confidence in my pupils minds through personal coaching and mentoring in the art of devine yoga”.

Recently she was bonded in a glam wedlock with Dr. Annapragada Ritikanth, a renowned practicing medical practitioner from Narayanguda, in a traditional Bengali wedding ritual followed by Telugu pelli. It was  a Big Fat Wedding people generally crave for, joined by those   whose-who from the city.

As the moral supports are flowing steadyfastly for this nobel profession from her family including her  husband and father-in-law, Dr. A. Rosaiah, the entry of yoga trainees are lining up  at a faster pace. As per her proud admission, she is having over a dozen PIOs pupils beside her inland ones.
