The Pastors Day was celebrated on Sunday, 8th October at ELIM MB Church, Raju Colony, Balanagar. The celebrations were held with devotion and fervour in high spirits to recognizes the contributions and services of Pastors, Reverends, Ministry and Fellowship personnel and all other clergymen. 

Special prayers were offered at ELIM MB Church, On this special day Church members and devotees came together to express their gratitude to Pastor of the church GR. Prasad. Later they feliciated him and took up a special offering to bless their pastor and his family who are serving the Lord Jesus Christ, while others steadily poured in for prayers holding the Holy Bible in their hands.

Addressing the gathering Pastor Prasad entreated Christian community to acknowledge those, who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord, and who admonish you. He believed that holding these spiritual leaders in the highest regard in love because of their work is crucial to every Christian spiritual beliefs. During this Chairman MJ Paranjyothy remarked that everyone should honour those who work in preaching and teaching the Gospel. In this Secretary B. Sudershanam, Treasurer G. Sanjeev, Asst.
