Open Letter from Alphores Narender Reddy: Vision for Graduates and Telangana

Greetings to All Graduates
In the spirit of Swami Vivekananda, Bhagat Singh, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, Mahatma Jyoti Rao, and Savitribaipu, I share my journey to achieve my dreams.
Today, graduates have become voters who seem to be neglected, people who are not safe. The governments and parties are failing to give graduates even the respect that is owed to a common voter. The reason for this is that the voice questioning on behalf of graduates is not strong enough. Those who are aware of the problems of graduates are not MLCs.
It is unfortunate that today’s candidates have not even announced a minimum agenda in the name of graduate elections. It is disappointing that many candidates asking for votes from graduates lack the experience of producing graduates or the foresight to offer them employment opportunities.
As the owner of Alphores Educational Institutions, I have educated many students. I have provided employment and job opportunities to countless graduates. I have listened to their struggles, understood their problems, and stood by them. I have worked tirelessly to solve their issues as the owner of an educational institution.
But this is not enough. Many of the solutions that I cannot address as an educational institution owner can only be realized through politics. The only way to resolve these problems is to enter the Legislative Council as the MLC of graduates and amplify the voice of the graduate community. This is why I am contesting as the Karimnagar-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Medak Graduate MLC candidate, seeking your blessings.
You are my strength. You are my courage.
I testify that the land of Karimnagar that gave birth to me is my mother. My life is for you.
For the past three months, I have toured 42 assembly constituencies within the MLC segment. In this process, I met thousands of educated individuals, unemployed youth, and government and private employees across various fields. They brought many problems to my attention. They did not only express their challenges, but also revealed the frauds committed by the previous rulers, explaining the difficulties they are facing. Through the “VNR Team,” we registered lakhs of graduates as voters. This was our first success.
I congratulate all the graduates who made Karimnagar the top district in terms of highest voter enrollments. In the first phase, approximately 2,00,000 graduates were registered as voters through the VNR Team. I bow my head in gratitude to everyone who contributed to this achievement.
I come before you with the confidence that your support will lead me to success, as I have been one among you for the last 34 years. I seek the blessings of every family in Karimnagar to support me.
There is no doubt that Karimnagar has a unique identity in the Telangana education sector, thanks to the teaching at Alphores Educational Institutions. Education is not just about marks; it is about providing children with quality education. I have experience not only in academics but also in sports and value-based education. I am confident that with this experience, I will be able to address the unemployment challenges in the future.
It is a matter of immense pride that many students from Alphores Institute are now settled in prominent positions across various countries and states.
During my ongoing tour, I have heard and seen numerous challenges and requests. I am bringing some of the issues to your attention:
-
Unemployment has surged especially in the last 10 years. I will work to develop Satavahana and Telangana Universities in North Telangana to match the standards of Osmania University.
-
I will advocate for health card facilities for all those working in private educational institutions.
-
There is an inability to fill vacant posts in universities, which needs to be addressed.
-
Due to the lack of a separate university in Adilabad, students and educational institutions are facing numerous challenges. I will work toward establishing a university there.
-
I will push for university status for JNTU Kondagattu.
-
I will work to ensure salaries for residential, Gurukul, and model school teachers are paid through the 010 scheme.
-
Pending 4DAs for government employees need to be cleared, and I will work toward this.
-
Employees are facing difficulties through 317 G.O. I will work toward transferring them to their own districts.
-
I will ensure the timely release of fee reimbursement.
-
I will advocate for the introduction of a free app for unemployed youth preparing for competitive exams.
-
Libraries will be given their own buildings and will be digitized, along with setting up mineral water plants and accommodation for unemployed youth studying there.
-
I will work to make libraries available to unemployed youth 24/7, appointing three librarians to manage them.
-
Job security will be provided to Kasturba Gandhi employees.
-
Free TET coaching will be available in Karimnagar from the 2nd phase.
-
I will ensure that wardens are appointed in residential schools.
-
Guest, contract, and part-time HBT teachers will be given a fixed salary instead of the current method.
-
The interview method for teacher appointments should be abolished.
-
SGT, Private Teachers, and Teacher MLCs should be made eligible to vote.
-
Hindi Pandits teaching in high schools should be recognized as PGT and be given gazetted status if eligible for teaching 11th and 12th grades.
-
The working hours of Gurukul schools (currently 8 to 5) should be changed to 9 to 5.
Without any selfishness, I have helped many people, systems, and organizations over the last 35 years in various forms.
I have been one of you for three decades and will continue to stand by you, irrespective of politics, for the next three decades.
Jai Telangana! Jai Bharat!
