Several Senior BRS leaders join Congress - TPCC Delegate Kolan Hanumanth Reddy


In jolt to the ruling BRS party, raising several eyebrows of Quatbullapur Constituency, Senior BRS Leader of Pandu Basthi in 130th division of Subash Nagar Bombay Venkatesh and Gunja Subrahmanyam joined Congress party in the presence of TPCC Delegate Kolan Hanumanth Reddy on Sunday.
Bombay Venkatesh, who is an arch rival of Congress party since years and who has been consistently working for upliftment of TRS party has considerable influence in Quatbullapur Constituency. Along with him Gunja Subrahmanyam and several BJP youth cadres also joined Congress party. Much attracted by the leadership of TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy, who is constantly fighting against the failures of Central and State government.
Addressing the gathering TPCC Delegate Kolan Hanumanth Reddy stated that they were much influenced with Revanth Reddy’s statement saying that his party will not seek votes from areas where Indiramma houses were not constructed, during united Andhra Pradesh. They also stated that they were unhappy with the anti-public policies of the BJP-led Union government and strategies of the BRS-led State government ans shifted loyalties. They also stated that prospects of the BJP and BRS party were bleak in the coming elections.
Among those who attended are Senior leaders of Congress AVJ James, Pandari Rao, Narayana Reddy, Sommanagari Sridhar Reddy, Sangam Veeresh, and women leaders Gausiya Begum, Annapurna, Kausalya Lalitha, Kumari and others participated in this event.
