The city's oldest landmark Bible house gets its new building

The city's oldest landmark Bible house gets its new building on wedneday. The premises was inaugrated by Dr Leelavathi vemuri Acting president Bible society of India and Rev Dr Mani Chacko. In 1936 on December 7 the secunderabad branch of Bible society was started as a branch of the madras Auxillary of the British and foreign Bible society. Right since the inception in 1936 regular meets and discussion used to be held at the same premises in which the british head of state used to be part of it.
Since decades Bible society is working from this building and name Bible House has been a iconic landmark.
The event was attended by Bishops,church leaders,pastors, Institution heads and auxiliary committee members.
