The ‘GTA Mega Convention 2025’, organized by the Global Telangana Association (GTA), was held on Saturday and Sunday at Akshaya Convention, Financial District, Gandipet Mandal, bringing together Telangana people from across the globe onto a single platform for cultural exchange, networking, and strategic discussions.

The event was graced by spiritual heads Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swami, Hampi Peetadhipati Sri Sri Sri Virupaksha Vidyaranya Bharati Swami, Union Minister Kishan Reddy, Ministers Vivek Venkata Swami, MLC Balmuri Venkat, MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, and several former and current ministers and MLAs including Mallareddy, Jagadishwar Reddy, Katipally Venkataramana Reddy, Paidi Rakesh Reddy, Srinivas Goud, Peddi Reddy, Guvvala Balaraju, and Bollam Mallayya Yadav.

Alumalla Mallareddy, GTA Founder and Global Chairman, emphasized that the convention was not merely a gathering but a “powerful movement to integrate the intelligence, resources, and networking strength of global Telangana NRIs for the State’s future.” Thousands of delegates from nearly 30 countries participated in the two-day celebrations.

Key leadership involved included Founder & Global Chairman Alumalla Mallareddy, USA Founder Chairman Visheshwar Reddy Kalvala, India President Srinivas Reddy Paduri, President-Elect Kankalala Abhishek Reddy, Advisory Chair Pratap Reddy Pendyal, Co-Founder Shravan Reddy Paduru, USA President Praveen Reddy, and Washington President Ramu Mundrati.

The convention featured a rich array of cultural programs, with over 100 artists performing Telangana folk and classical art forms. A live musical night by Mangli and a special performance by Mohana Bhogaraju captivated the audience. Additionally, an ‘Aha Indian Idol’ grand entertainment show added a modern and festive touch.

Several knowledge-sharing sessions were conducted covering real estate, startups, NRI legal matters, and innovations in healthcare. Under the theme “Telangana Rising 2047,” discussions focused on the state’s future growth, global partnerships, and strategies to attract investments.

The convention concluded with Lifetime Achievement Awards, an oath-taking ceremony of newly elected GTA leadership, and a grand live concert, successfully uniting Telangana NRIs from across the world on a common platform and highlighting the state’s culture, talent, and development potential.
