Government should amend the pension and experience manual of journalists,(Ramnath Vidrohi)

The state executive meeting of the Indian Journalists Association was held on Friday at Hotel Samrat International on Dak Bungalow Road, State President Ajit Kumar Pandey presided over the meeting.
On this occasion the Chief Guest, National President Ramnath Vidrohi said that journalists have to stay united.

He said that atrocities on journalists will not be tolerated, He urged the indian government to implement the Journalist Protection Act, amend the Journalist Pension Rules, recognized rules and give maximum benefits to journalists. 

He said that the government of Bihar and the Center is treating journalists step-motherly. 

He demanded the government to reduce the pension obligation from 60 years to 50 years and experience to 15 years instead of 20 years.

In this meeting State President Ajit Kumar Pandey said that journalist is the fourth pillar of democracy. The organization will always struggle for its honor and security. 

He said that journalists also need to take care of their dignity and integrity.
