Hyderabad : MS Education Academy honoured international motivational speaker and mentor Munawar Zama with the prestigious Murabbi Award on the occasion of Himmat Day, observed on January 1 every year. The award was presented in recognition of his sustained efforts in nurturing values, character building, and inspiring thousands of youngsters across the country.

Expressing his happiness on receiving the honour, Munawar Zama said he was deeply moved to receive the Murabbi Award at the hands of six orphan children, selected from among 2,547 orphan students studying in MS Group of Schools. As a gesture of encouragement and commitment towards their future, he announced that he would conduct his renowned life-changing personality development workshop free of cost for those children.

Himmat Day is a unique initiative of the MS Group of Schools, aimed at instilling courage, resilience, and hope among orphan children and widowed mothers. On the occasion, nearly 3,000 orphan children and widowed mothers participated in the programme.

Addressing the gathering, Munawar Zama delivered an emotionally charged and inspiring talk, urging orphan children to rise above adversity and focus on education, discipline, and character. He emphasized that losing a father does not mean losing one’s future and that commitment to values and excellence keeps parents’ dreams alive.

Speaking to widowed mothers, Zama described them as the real architects of the future and encouraged them to invest in their children’s education and moral upbringing. He cited the life journey of Mohammed Lateef Khan, Chairman of MS Group of Institutions, as an inspiring example of how determination and education can transform lives.

MS Group Chairman Mohammed Lateef Khan thanked Munawar Zama for his guidance and said the Murabbi Award reflects the institution’s respect for mentors who shape responsible and value-driven citizens.

The programme concluded on a note of hope and determination, embodying the true spirit of Himmat Day.
