Shadnagar ACP inspects Elikatta Bhavani Matha Temple

Shadnagar Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Kushalkar inspected the Elikatta Bhawani Matha Temple where robbery took place. ACP Kushalkar visited the temple on Thursday morning and inquired with the staff about the theft.
Speaking on the occasion, ACP mentioned that some people have been targeting historical temples and committing thefts in recent times. He expressed doubt on those who visited the temple regularly and looked for an opportunity might have committed the theft. ACP Kushalkar also said that a similar theft took place in Chaudhariguda mandal on 28th of last month, and similar theft took place in a temple at Kulkicharla, and thieves are committing these thefts with the intention that no one will be there whenever it rains. It is stated that there are no CCTV cameras in the Bhavani Matha temple at present. He said that the CCTV cameras were removed as the renovation works were being carried out in the temple. Kushalkar said that the thieves will be caught soon with technical evidence. Local CI Naveen Kumar, Municipal Chairman Narendra and others participated in the ACP investigation.
