The Hon’ble Court has sentenced the accused to undergo 8 days imprisonment & 250/- fine.
One known personhas been blackmailing and harassing the victim that he will share her past unfortunate incidents happened during college life with her husband to disturb her family life and asking her to make video calls.  Unable to bear the harassment, the victim approached SHE Teams. When produced before ISpl MM, Hon’ble Magistrate sentenced accused to undergo 8 days imprisonment& 250/- Fine.
