Balanagar : 

A 40 year-old man was injured severely as a unknown explosive exploded from underneath while he was on works at Panchsheela colony on Monday afternoon under Balanagar police station limits. 

According to SHO Bhaskar, the person identified as Srinivasulu a labour who was engaged in loading work at Sri Shakti Enterprises on Monday, while loading the DCM parked at Tirumala Fiber Industries an unknown explosion occurred from underground. Due to which Srinivasulu left leg was badly injured. Locals shifted the injured person to hospital for further treatment. Balanagar police along with clues team investigated the crime scene and registered a complaint and further investigation is on, said SHO Bhaskar.
