Review Meet on Festival & New Year Preparations
Deccan News Service | Hyderabad : Hyderabad: A coordination meeting on upcoming festivals and New Year preparations was held on Monday, bringing together senior officials of the Hyderabad City Police and key community representatives. The meeting, organised by DCP G. Chandra Mohan, took place at the MK Convention Hall and was attended by the Additional DCP, all ACPs, and SHOs of the South West Zone.

During the session, the DCP reviewed security arrangements, crowd management strategies, traffic regulation plans, and measures to ensure peaceful celebrations across the zone. He instructed officers to maintain strict vigil, strengthen patrolling, and coordinate closely with community leaders to prevent any untoward incidents during the festive season. Emphasis was placed on maintaining communal harmony, ensuring public safety, and responding promptly to any safety-related concerns.

Members of the Central Peace & Welfare Committee of the South West Zone were also present and assured their full cooperation to the police. They expressed gratitude for the proactive steps taken by city police to maintain peace and smooth conduct of festivities.

The committee was represented by President Janab Moazam Ali, Vice President Sri Chalpath Rao, Working President Janab Shaik Osmania Yousuf, and General Secretary Janab Mohd Kausaruddin, who thanked all officers and participants for their support and collaborative spirit.
